We discuss the foreseeable sensitivity to Z'-boson effects of -pair production cross sections at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The results of the model dependent analysis are expressed in terms of constraints on such Z'-boson parameters as Z–Z'-mixing angle and its mass . It was shown that the process under investigation in the framework of the ATLAS experiment has the sensitivity to the mixing angle , which is similar or even better than that obtained during resonant experiments at LEP1 and SLC accelerators in processes.
